Currently we are working with 3 utility companies to redesign their decals, fleet graphics and vehicle identification. Each company has gone through a period of growth and is now in the midst of rebranding, which is great for them and for Nu-Art Graphics. For them it means new logos, fleet graphics for additional trucks and equipment, and in some cases, new custom decals. For us it means working closely with each of the three companies to come up with new layouts, redesign the artwork so that everything fits and looks exactly as it should and of course, producing the decals and fleet graphics here in our manufacturing facility.
Given the high volume of decals that need to be produced for each company under tight timelines, our manufacturing facility is running at full steam. All hands are on deck from the art department to the print and quality departments. Even our office staff is helping out when possible. Thanks to the heat and humidity of July we are happily taking breaks to cool off and enjoy some Dilly Bars!
Typically, rebranding means brand new logo designs. Our art department is instrumental in modifying the layouts of all decals and fleet graphics. Decals need to fit in specific locations such as the cab door of an F-250, and the new logo may not always lend itself to the same layout.
Often when a logo is redesigned, a new color may be introduced. Color matching is also extremely important when rebranding. One company may have introduced a new shade of green in their logo, so we begin the color match process from scratch to ensure complete accuracy. Screen printing delivers bold, saturated color with guaranteed precision to match and consistently reproduce color over time. The ability to guarantee the color over a period of time is a key element in keeping the decals consistent.
In some cases, new materials are also recommended or required. A new decal may need to be produced on reflective vinyl or may require over-laminate. Regardless of what is needed, our screen-printed decals are bold, weatherproof and fade resistant, they hold up under harsh conditions.
Having celebrated our 40th anniversary a few years ago we understand the importance of a fresh look. Our website was updated, our team is expanding, and we are happy to help with any design needs that you may have!
