Nu-Art Graphics custom manufactures Lexan® polycarbonate overlays, graphic overlays, and panel overlays. Manufacturing is 100% in-house — your polycarbonate overlays will be screen-printed for best durability and brilliant colors, and precisely die cut. Polycarbonate overlays provide instructions, branding, and protection for your OEM and other equipment.
Polycarbonate overlays are often used on control panels by original equipment manufacturers (OEM), industry, and military. Overlays have varied uses such as equipment panels, business machines, appliances, instrument panels, keypads, and OEM equipment. Polycarbonate overlays are seen in such everyday applications such as gasoline pumps, ATMs, and medical equipment.
Overlay shapes are die-cut precisely to your custom specifications. Additionally, die-cut adhesive-free holes in overlays allow easy access to equipment buttons, and clear sections allow for display of LEDs.
Substrate printing protects the overlay to add to its screen-printed durability. Overlays can be produced for indoor and outdoor applications, and can be manufactured to withstand conditions such as harsh weather and sun exposure.
Nu-Art Graphics can work straight from your existing artwork or blueprints, or we will work with you to design the best overlay for your product. We excel at working with customers to make sure the best and most economical materials are used for your product, and in ensuring that overlays precisely fit your products.
Polycarbonate overlays are known as other names such as Lexan® overlays, instrument panel overlays, graphic overlays, or, most simply, overlays.
